The training packages are clearly presented and always structured according to the same principle. As soon as you have registered, you will receive all the information plus access to the app so that you can get started straightaway. The courses include comprehensive tutorials as well as a series of levels designed to build your knowledge. There are tasks to complete for each level, which you will discuss with your Master and, as the case may be, optimize with his or her help. These levels will lead you step by step through the course all the way to completion and the relevant certificate. You can keep in regular contact with your Master via the chat function to help you get the most out of the course.
The training courses are completed via Craft Master Pro. This app was specially developed for e-learning activities and is available for Android and iOS.
The PhiContour Craft Master Pro contains all the learning materials in a clearly presented format, comprehensive training videos and illustrations, as well as a link to the online shop and the PhiAcademy forum. The app is your route to learning the various permanent makeup techniques in a simple, step-by-step approach. One of the key advantages you will enjoy is a total of six months of intensive support from us via the app, even if you finish your course earlier. You will also receive additional assistance from the PhiAcademy’s international experts (chemists, doctors, etc.) via the app.
You will use the app to submit your tasks for the individual levels and receive feedback. You will also be able to communicate with us at any time in this virtual training room via the chat function – no matter where you are. We will respond within 24 hours at the latest.
All of the online courses are structured according to the same system. You will progress from one level to the next. It is important that you take your time to work through all the tutorials in order to prepare for the final exam. Because Basic courses have to cover all the essential knowledge from the beginning, they usually contain more comprehensive information than Perfection courses. Each course includes numerous videos with precise instructions to teach you the technique step by step. NEW! Our online videos now include valuable additional insights from our everyday practical experience.
We will check each of the tasks that you submit and give you advice. It may be, for example, that you are holding the tool wrong or putting too much pressure on the latex. Or that the symmetry is not right, perhaps because you rushed the pre-drawing stage or because you as the artist – or even your model – were not in the ideal position. This dialogue is a key part of the course.
The pieces of work that you submit at each level are used for interim evaluation and to reassure you that you are able to implement everything that you have learned properly. Following the final level, there will be an exam that you will need to pass. You will then receive the relevant certificate. Once you have taken our Basic courses, you will be a Permanent Makeup Artist and you will receive a certificate with your name on it from the internationally recognized PhiAcademy complete with a personalized logo. You will also be listed on the Phi World Map, which shows all certified Artists. After each Perfection course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion from the PhiAcademy.
Yes, of course. You can start at whatever time you like, wherever you like, and work at your own pace. If you practice daily or several times a week, a single training course (it doesn’t matter which one) will take between one and three months. You will have six months in total to work through all the tutorials. You will also receive our support for the same length of time, even if you have already completed the course. We recommend that you allow yourself enough time to read the materials in full and familiarize yourself with the techniques. Carrying out the exercises and practicing regularly are also important. Take our advice to achieve extraordinary results – we will be there to help you along the way.
